Message processing rules
Processing rules emails allow you to configure Mail so that the service itself parses incoming messages: for example, letters from
customers are transferred to the “Clients” folder, and messages with the subject “Invoice” or “Agreement” to the “Documents” folder.< /p>
Rules created in the mobile app also work in the web version of the service.
Delayed sending
Delayed sending allows you to deliver the letter at the right time. For example, with it you can set to send a report that
the boss asked to send tomorrow.
The function will also be useful when team members work in different time zones – they will be able to send letters so that colleagues receive them in business hours.
The delivery notification will let you know if the letter has reached. This is convenient when you write to a person for the first time or when you doubt the address.
Several mailboxes
If you connect several mailboxes to the “Mail”, then you can view all the letters in one feed – in the “All
inbox” folder. So, if you are waiting for a message, but don’t remember which email you promised to send it to, you can search for it in the public folder.
