Mark Zuckerberg announced on his Facebook* account that WhatsApp message reactions have begun rolling out to all users. In the coming days, the function will reach all accounts, and you will be able to react to a post without additional messages.
To use it, press and hold on the message you want to leave a reaction to until a dialog box appears with six emoji on choice. Select the desired emoji and it will appear below the post.
Reactions was announced on April 14 at the same time as communities, a feature that turns the messenger into an analogue of Discord with different channels and participant rights within the same chat.
