“Yandex” announced a new service “Account”. It will be used as a wallet to pay for taxis, as well as services and goods in Afisha, Services, Market, Food and other services, but for the first time it will be available only in Yandex Go.
At the start, it will be possible to replenish the balance with bank cards, later they will add the SBP payment. It will be possible to keep up to 15 thousand rubles on the “Account” at a time, the maximum spending per month is 40 thousand. Account maintenance is free.
When paying from the “Account”, users will receive a cashback – until July 12, 2022, it will be 5% on all transactions, further conditions are not disclosed yet.
It is reported that Users with a Plus subscription will be the first to open an “Account”. This can be done through the Yandex Go application: if the function is available to you, the offer will appear at startup.
