In 2018, developers from Dagestan created the first crowdfunding platform for charity – Tooba. The application already has over 100 thousand users and unites more than 70 funds. There are regular camps here such as “House with a Lighthouse”, “Faith”, “Life is a Miracle”, “Blue Bird” and more.
There is no specific direction – through Tooba you can help both seriously ill children and the poor, as well as and pets. Over 500 million rubles were transferred to charitable foundations through the mobile application.
Today, Tooba is one of the largest independent charity projects in Russia to collect donations for targeted and systemic assistance. Users can make a donation both for people in need and for volunteer organizations.
Another distinguishing feature of the project is the lack of monetization. There are no fees for transfers, no interest deductions, and no ads in the application. All money goes directly to the foundations, and the project itself works with the help of users and patrons.

2. Help
This is the first mobile platform for targeted assistance to the elderly. It allows donations for food parcels to people over 60 with low incomes and no support from relatives. The project was created by actor Nikita Kukushkin.
Partners of the application personally go to the wards, sign the necessary documents with them, conduct photo shoots, collect data to create profiles. Every year, project representatives report on their progress on the official website.
The application team has already helped more than 1,900 wards and monthly collects from 3 million rubles for food packages for those in need. Now “Help” works in 55 cities of Russia and is supported by a number of philanthropists and media personalities. 3. Give life
The official application of the Gift of Life Foundation has been operating since 2015. The project provides assistance to seriously ill children, providing them with medicines, treatment and care.
In addition to accessing financial assistance to wards, the application also has an information function. The developers of Meet for Charity present the most original approach to donation. In the auction format, users are offered personal meetings with media personalities – businessmen, political scientists, actors, athletes and specialists from top companies.
The winner can choose both online and offline formats. The proceeds go to help charitable organizations.

5. Rusfond
In 2016, Rusfond, one of the largest charitable foundations in Russia, developed its own application to help seriously ill children from different regions of the country. Today, over 37 thousand people use it.
