Microsoft introduced Designer — app for graphic designers with neural network integration

Microsoft has officially unveiled the Designer app, which will become part of the Microsoft 365 package. It is positioned as an alternative to the Canva photo editor, but with one unique feature – the ability to create images from a text description. This function is based on the DALL-E 2 neural network from OpenAI.

In Designer, users can enter a description for an image or design and then use it in their project. Similarly, it will be possible to edit existing pictures, as well as use various templates, shapes, and other graphic design elements.

Using Designer, it will be possible to create posters and banners, postcards and invitations, presentation slides, and much more.< /p>
