Do you still use CDs? jpg” alt=”Microsoft Adds Audio CD Support to Windows Media Player 11″ />
Microsoft has started releasing Windows 11 Dev Build 22579 to Windows Insiders. One of the improvements was the introduction of Audio CD support in the new media player.
CDs have not been a popular way to play music for a long time. And yet, some PC users continue to buy them. Moreover, in 2021, for the first time in two decades, CD sales in the US increased from 31.6 million to 46.6 million.
If you are one of those who love music on CDs, then the new application Media Player in Windows 11 will surely come in handy. Once a feature has been tested in the Insider channel, it should be available in the stable version of the system.
