This is a service that allows you to export all personal information used in Google services: files, emails, notes, calendar data, and even YouTube videos.

- Go to the “Google Archiver” page in a browser on any device.
- Tick the boxes you need (be sure to select “Photo” and “Disk”, where documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other files are stored). Click Next.
- Select the type of archives in which everything will be packed, their maximum size, as well as the method of obtaining . For example, you can download all the data from the link – choose this option if you want to download everything to your PC or other device. You can also export files to another cloud: Dropbox, One Drive or Box.
- Clicking the “Create Export” button will start the process of creating your archives.

Depending on the amount of your data and the number of files, creating an archive may take longer. It is also worth considering that for a large storage it is better to choose larger archives – 10 or 50 GB each, so that you do not have to download and unpack dozens of files.
And in conclusion, we note that such an export, in fact, allows you to make a backup, but does not delete the original files in the cloud storage. Therefore, if you need to get rid of some documents on the Web, delete everything manually.
