It's easy to do, but you'll have to say goodbye to quick tab access. -ios-15-3cce525.jpg” alt=”How to bring the Safari search bar back to the top in iOS 15″ />
Apple released iOS 15 on September 20, and iPhone users probably noticed that in the standard Safari browser, the line search has moved to the bottom of the screen. Moreover, now this panel not only displays the address of the current page, but also offers quick navigation through open tabs.
If you don’t like the innovation and want to return the familiar search bar, Apple left the opportunity to do so. It's simple:
- Open your smartphone settings.
- Find the Safari section.
- Scroll down to Tabs and select the Single Tab view.
Done: Safari looks more familiar now! Unfortunately, you won't be able to move the panel up and keep switching between tabs – you'll have to choose one thing.
