When setting up your account, you need to specify sources for collecting your files. For example, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive and other online services. In addition, you can install the Dokkio application on Windows and upload documents from the local storage of your computer.
The collected information can be easily tagged for quick retrieval. These can be basic labels for individual documents and labels for entire categories. Separate lists are formed for tags and are available in the menu.
