1. Soundiiz
The easiest way to transfer tracks is to use Soundiiz. It supports a large number of music services such as Yandex Music, Google Play Music, Apple Music, YouTube, Last.fm, Spotify, Deezer, Tidal and others. There are even exotic ones in the list of compatible services: Telmore Musik, JOOX, Anghami and KKBox.
Everything works simply: connect your streaming services to Soundiiz, then click Transfer, specify the source and select the playlist you want to transfer. If desired, you can also import local collections of music in M3U, CSV, XSPF and other formats. To do this, click the Import Playlist button at the top right. The service also accepts lists of favorite songs in TXT text files.
Soundiiz's free plan has a limit of 200 songs. You can get around it by spreading your tracks across several lists. In addition, copying songs in batches is more reliable, since you can more accurately track which songs were not in the library of the new service.

A similar service that supports many popular streaming services. To get started, just open TuneMyMusic and choose which platform you want to transfer playlists from. After connecting the desired service, specify which collections and tracks to transfer, and select the target service where they should be sent. Log in again and confirm the export.
The service will display which songs were copied successfully, and which songs were not found in the database of the second music platform. You can save a list of such tracks and try to add them manually later.
TuneMyMusic is subjectively slower than Soundiiz, but has a simpler interface. In addition, it transfers up to 500 tracks at a time. The paid plan has no restrictions and supports library synchronization.

And this is no longer a web service, but a desktop application available on Windows and macOS. It supports over 50 music platforms, including Google Play Music, Apple Music, YouTube, Deezer, Last.fm, Spotify, Soundcloud, Tidal, Napster, Yandex Music, and even VKontakte.

Unfortunately, there is a price to pay for convenience. For the app to work, you'll need to sign up for a subscription, which starts at $15.99 per month. However, this is not so much if you have a very large library and use the program only for one-time migration.

Another application that already supports the Russian language and is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. It knows Spotify, Yandex Music, VKontakte, Google Play Music, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, Pandora, Deezer, YouTube Music, YouTube and more.
FreeYourMusic can import your songs in lists in CSV format. This means that you can create a playlist in your favorite desktop player and send it to the streaming service – those songs that are in the platform's library will be recognized and added to the playlist.

5. Yandex Music Migration Tool
Among all other streaming platforms, it is Yandex Music that stands out with its simple and convenient track transfer tool. The web version can copy playlists from Deezer – just go to the settings page, in the “Import music compositions” section, find the Deezer item and select “Link account”.
In addition, here you can also find a button to connect your Last.fm account. Yandex Music not only supports scrobbling tracks, but can also copy playlists and favorite songs from there.
A separate import page has a field for downloading tracks from unsupported services. You can copy the titles of the songs you want from your old platform as text and then just paste them into the first field and they will be recognized. You can also “feed” everything with one file in TXT, PLS or M3U format, that is, download ready-made playlists.
